Dr. Jack Holly earned his Bachelor of Science from ETSU before graduating from the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1976. As a lifelong resident of Elizabethton, Dr. Holly takes pride in giving back to his community. He is an active member of the First Baptist Church and the Elizabethton Rotary Club, where he has served as past president and is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. His commitment extends to mentoring and supporting local youth through the Boys and Girls Club and the Elizabethton High School Touchdown Club.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Holly enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and five grandchildren. His strong ties to the community make him not just a dentist but also a trusted friend and neighbor.
