  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    It’s best to schedule an appointment in advance, either online or by calling your preferred office location.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Yes, we accept a variety of dental insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and UnitedHealthcare.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    We offer our Martin Membership Plan, which provides affordable dental care at monthly or yearly rates, including discounts on cleanings, checkups, crowns, and more, without deductibles or hidden fees.

  • How early should I get to my appointment?

    Please arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

  • How long will my appointment take?

    As no two smiles are the same, appointment lengths can vary depending on your personalized treatment needs.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    Please bring:

    • Completed new-patient forms.
    • Any X-rays from a previous dentist (or have them forwarded to our office).
    • A valid form of ID.
    • A list of medications you currently take.
    • A list of current health concerns, issues, and past surgeries.
    • Your dental insurance card (if applicable).
  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    We recommend a checkup and cleaning at least twice a year. Depending on your oral health needs, we may suggest additional checkups as well.
