MEET THE CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF MARTIN DENTISTRY

Kevin W. Martin, DDS

"For nearly 50 years, Martin Dentistry has proudly served our friends and neighbors in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. As a life-long resident of East Tennessee with strong family ties to the area, I believe it is important we keep dentistry local and focused on exceptional patient care for the people we live among on a daily basis. We believe our patients and team members deserve to be treated like family, and we are excited to welcome you to the Martin Dentistry family.”

CUSTOMER DEDICATION

What Do Disney and Dentistry Have in Common?

We were very excited to have a team of former Disney leaders and consultants spend a day teaching our team about the leadership and customer service best practices that Disney teaches.

This team of consultants has not only led divisions and trained the executive leadership team at Disney, but they have also coached Fortune 100 executives and teams across the country. We were VERY fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from them!

Although going to the dentist isn’t as much fun as going to Disney, we want our patients to have the same OUTSTANDING customer service.
